Espresso with steamed skim white chocolate milk, made with our white chocolate powder, topped with our own whipped cream.
Hyperion Blend
Our boldest and darkest offering. A blend of Nicaragua, Papua new Guinea, and South America, processed natural and washed.
Espresso
Our single espresso is a 1 1/4 ounce Ristretto shot, which is a more concentrated shot.

A selection of coffees from each of the major coffee growing regions of the world.
We brew a variety of options for varied tastes everyday.
Served in 8, 12, 16 or 20 ounces.
Fresh Beans
All of our coffees are available to take home and brew. We can leave it whole bean or grind it to order. It can be purchased by the Half Pound or Whole Pound.
All the coffees we brew for Drip Coffee come from either Batdorf & Bronson’s Atlanta roaster, or Dillanos’ Sumner, WA roastery weekly.
The coffees we use for our Espresso and Decaf Espresso come twice a week from Espresso Vivace in Seattle.

Hyperion Espresso is located in the Historic Downtown Fredericksburg on the corner of William and Princess Anne streets.
We are open daily to provide locals and visitors a wide array of coffees, teas, pastries, and snacks. Established in 1994 we have become a meeting place for the community.
